Masterclass Wines of Algarve
The Masterclass Wines of Algarve lasts 2h30 with wine educator and sommeliere Andressa Noitel, giving information about the methods of producing the different styles of wines from sparkling, white, rosé, red, generous (fortified) and sweet wine. The grape varieties that are allowed and how correct wine tasting is done, a famous organoleptic analysis like a professional. In this Masterclass, tapas with local ingredients, such as canned sardines from the Algarve, breads, Monchique sausages, goat, sheep and cow cheeses, honey, and jams, all made locally.
This experience takes place from Monday to Friday at 11h30 am or 3 pm.
